Application:
It is most useful in slower shaft speed applications. The rubber core provides a low friction finish and

The packing is also called a sealing packing, which is usually woven from a softer thread, and is filled in a sealed cavity by a strip having a square cross-sectional area, thereby achieving sealing.
Today, the packing is mainly made of graphite and various fibers. According to different requirements, carbon fiber, copper wire, 304, 316L, Yinzhi nickel alloy wire and other materials are used.
1)Aramid series

2)PTFE series
White PTFE packing, black PTFE packing, white PTFE interlaced aramid fiber packing, black PTFE interwoven aramid fiber packing, PTFE pre-oxidized wire packing, white PTFE immersed silicone oil packing, white four Fluoride-impregnated rubber packing This series of packing is made of polytetrafluoroethylene as the main material. Excellent chemical stability, corrosion resistance, sealing, high lubrication and non-stickiness and good resistance to aging. It can work for a long time at a temperature of +250 ° C to -180 ° C. In addition to molten metal sodium and liquid fluorine, it can withstand all other chemicals and does not change when boiling in aqua regia. It is mainly used under the conditions of high sanitary grade, high corrosiveness, high linear velocity and easy wear under the working conditions that do not allow pollution.
3)Graphite series
Flexible graphite packing, metal reinforced graphite packing, carbon fiber reinforced graphite packing, carbon fiber metal reinforced graphite packing This series of packing characteristics is made of graphite as the main material. It has good self-lubricating and thermal conductivity, small friction coefficient, strong versatility, good flexibility, high strength and protection for the shaft. 4)Carbon fiber series
