Product Description

• Ptfe laminated gasket, also known as polytetrafluoron coated gasket, is a kind of nonmetallic gasket, which is generally composed of two parts: coating layer and embedding material. The coating is mainly corrosion-resistant and is usually made of polytetrafluoroethylene. The inserts (fillers) are non-metallic sealing materials with or without metal reinforcement with good elasticity, usually asbestos rubber sheets. The gasket can be divided into V type, U type and L type according to the different inner core structure. Some containers, pipes and valves in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical and food industries are connected to ensure that the material is clean and often sealed by PTFE gaskets. Tetrafluoride gasket is widely used in sealing various strong acid, strong alkali, strong oxidation, chlorine and do not allow pollution medium.
