Natural graphite thermal conductive film,whose carbon content ranges from 99.0%-99.9%,is processed from flake graphite.It has the characteristics of electrical conductivity,thermal conductivity ,lubrication,thermal shock resistance,and high temperature resistance.It is mainly used for electronic thermal conductivity ,heat dissipation ,sealing gaskets,etc.
Product features
High thermal conductivity:the in-plane thermal conductivity can reach 350-600W/mK,and the thermal resistance is 40% lower than aluminum.
Ultralight :30% lighter than aluminum of the same size,and 80% lighter than copper.
Ultr-thin :thickness can be from 0.03 to 1.5mm,density 1.6-1.8g/ cm3.
Temperature resistance :the highest operating temperature can reach 400ºC,and the lowest can be lower than-40ºC.
Easy to process:it can be cut into different sizes,shapes and thicknesses.
Ease of use:The graphite thermal conductive sheet can be smoothly attached to any flat and curved surface .
